After having a week of not having to cook, my meals have run out. Today it's back to cooking healthy for my family again. I needed some inspiration, so I found this recipe online. I think we'll try it out tonight, so there's no photo.
8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long
4 large whole wheat tortillas
4 tablespoons hummus
2 cup lettuce leaves
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 roasted red bell pepper, cut into slices
Directions
Grill the chicken and the peppers on your barbecue grill, or you can do them on a grill pan on the top of your stove.
Heat a dry, large frying pan (without a nonstick surface) over medium heat. Add 1 tortilla to the
To serve, place a warmed tortilla on each plate. Spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on the tortilla.

Sounds great! Glad your recovery is going well!

I really don't want the recipes... I would prefer you just cooked for me. Is there anyway we could work that out? :) :) :)

Sounds great! I found rubbing alcohol took off much of the tape residue from the hospital last week. The rest looks pretty weird.
