I got up this morning looking forward to the day. It's going to be all about fun. I hope that the promise of the day doesn't outside the day itself. I'm really not that fond of shopping, especially mall shopping, but my girlfriend Kelly and I are going Christmas shopping this afternoon after I get finished with my piano lesson (and yes, it's Friday again and as usual, I don't feel prepared for my lesson ~ I guess that's never going to change). Last year I couldn't get into the holiday mood until about December 24th and I hated that, but this year, I'm getting started early.
So anyhow, it's piano, then lunch and shopping, then home after school, then out to dinner (my parents' anniversary). Then home to do more crafty things. Oh yeah, I guess I should whip out an anniversary card before I go to dinner
Update on yesterday....my daughter has adopted a new chore, folding her own laundry. Maybe if she's got to fold it instead of me doing it for her, it might be handled with a bit more care. We'll see. She says that she's enjoying it. Well if that's true, she can fold MY laundry too.
We're dog sitting again this week and the dogs are driving me crazy. Queen Olive and Princess Barkalot never seem to stop. They get along fine, but double the big doggage in your house and things get crazy. And how does a dog who never eats people food end up being the biggest MOOCH POOCH on the planet?
Got a little Digie-wid-it yesterday for my friend Dani at Something Blue Studios. Hope you like the Christmas layouts. I'm not wild about Christmas layouts, but I'm happy with how these turned out.
Okay I'm not a huge digi fan, I'll say that - but these are very cute! Love the Santas!
Hope you had a great day!

I wanna be you when I grow up to be a good scrapbooker! I'm loving the digi pages. And, I'm also LOVING the sound of your day. How fun. I'm not close to being in the holiday spirit (except for my kind-of, maybe, sort-of tree). Maybe your spirit will rub off on me. I WANT to be in the spirit... but I'm not. Happy weekend. I'm loving the new blog.

LOVE the look of your new blog! Also - I bought Pledged and it's so juicy! I couldn't put it down. Darn good book!
Look at Olive and Dixie! They're so stinkin' cute! I miss my dogs!
